RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. All returns and exchanges, regardless of the circumstance, will require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by Kramer Madison. This will ensure the fast processing of your return or exchange. Returns or exchanges received without an RGA may not be processed.

To get an RGA number: Email rp@kramermadison.com with your order number, name, and the reason for your return. Or call our customer service department at 1-866-322-7745, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST time.

For unwanted merchandise:
Once you have received an RGA number, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing. The RGA number must be identified on the outside of the carton

  1. We will email you upon receipt of your return.
  2. A credit will be issued to your account within the next 30 days.
  3. Returned items must be sent back (postmarked) or dropped off with HR at your AprilAire work location within 30 days of the ship date.

For damaged product or if you received an item that was not ordered:
Email rp@kramermadison.com with your order number, name, and the description of the error or problem. Or call our customer service department at 1-866-322-7745, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST time.

  1. If approved, Kramer will email you a RGA number. Once you receive a RGA number, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing. The RGA number must be identified on the outside of the carton.
  2. Orders older than 30 days may not be accepted.
  3. Kramer Madison will make arrangements to pick-up the order at an AprilAire facility or email you a UPS shipping label.
  4. We will email you upon receipt of your return.
  5. A credit will be issued to your account upon receipt of the original order.
